The Economic Rights Institute criticized the pretense of the electronics industry that older findings of misconduct in previous yrs should not influence judgments of suppliers’ conduct in the present since they do not usefully predict the likelihood of misconduct in the present. Elsewhere, we suggested some of the issues in some suppliers stem from the regressive mindset of their senior personnel.
